Below are our fees for cancellations, late bookings, and early returns home.
How do we definte the 12, 24, and 48 hour time periods? If your service does not have a specific time of day, we will count back from noon of your first cat sit.
If your cat sits are designated as "Morning," we will count back from 8:00 a.m.
If your cat sits are designated as "Evening," we will count back from 5:00 p.m.
These times are selected based on the probability of sitters completing your service around their "day job" hours, and the difficulty reaching them during the day of your service.
Exact dates of holiday periods are sent to current customers by e-mail newsletter throughout the year.
Fees will be waived, at our discretion, for emergency situations beyond your control.
Early Return Home Fees
We will pay the sitter for the expected cat sit if you arrive home early.
